PRGRS Therapy

ATTENTION: Adults who are ready for change

Doing your best—but life still feels harder than it should?

Answer a short 7-10 min assessment to understand what ADHD-related patterns may be holding you back—and what to do about it!

This assessment helps identify what’s actually getting in your way - and what you can do about it

Adults with ADHD often struggle for different reasons. This assessment looks at key areas that directly impact daily functioning and emotional well-being. With knowledge about whats going on you will have a clear path for what to do about it.

Executive Function

Looks at how easily you start tasks, stay organized, manage time, etc. Higher difficulty here often means things take more effort than they should—even when you know exactly what needs to be done.

Emotion Regulation

Explores how emotions like frustration, stress, sadness or overwhelm affect your focus, decision-making, and productivity. When this area is strained, emotions can derail progress even on important tasks.

Attention/Focus

Examines how consistently you’re able to concentrate, sustain attention, and shift focus when needed. Challenges here can show up as distractibility, mental fatigue, or difficulty staying engaged.
